RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Lumiven purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 2 days of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Return shipping costs are paid by customer
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at lumiven.co@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

We'll send you return instructions and an address.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping) at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
