SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from warehouses in the United States to provide fast delivery to our customers worldwide.

PROCESSING TIME:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES:
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 AUD
- Flat rate $11 AUD on orders under $100
- Applies to all countries we ship to

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-13 business days
- Australia: 12-18 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10-18 business days
- Rest of World: 15-23 business days

TRACKING:
All orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking number via email within 1-3 business days of placing your order.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:
International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import duties. These fees are set by your country and are not included in our shipping costs.

ORDER ISSUES:
- Lost packages: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days
- Damaged items: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Wrong address: Contact us immediately - we can update if order hasn't shipped yet
